High-strength Chrome-molybdenous security chains
This system is suitable for security of bicycles, motorcycles and other valuable objects kept in cellarage, garages, attics or on open spaces. The appliance is made of special hardened steel which is not possible to overcome. One set is possible to use for up to six bicycles or more motorcycles. The security system is protected by the industrial edict.High-strenght security chain is made of steel alloyed by chrome, molybdenum, nickel and manganese. The surface of the chain is case-hardened, tempered and reannealed. The staple is not tempered and it keeps its sufficient strengh and mainly high solidity. The chains are anticorrosive, protected by galvanic zincing or by chrome plating. The whole chain is protected by subtranslucent couloured coating made of softened plastic.
The mechanical solidity of the chain sized 8x24 mm (diameter of wire x hole pitch) is:
The highest solidity in coup until the break is 50 kN (5000 kg)
The highest solidity in cut is 920 Mpa (it can resist pressure 4900 kg on the face of tool)
Stiffness of surface is 57 HRC. Stiffness of the staple is 41 HRC (stiffness of the surface can be compared to stiffness of the accredited mechanical test-room and they are attested by the protocol.)
The security chain cannot be severed or cut by any hand tool. The security chain is very resistant to regrinding or undercooling.
Standarldly made securety chains have size 8 x 24 mm or 6 x 18 mm. The length is made according to the clienst´s wish. The ihned size of the final springe is 10,8 x 15 mm and 8,2 x 12 mm (width x length)
